One-Time Non-Contract Service Call

Inspection Frequency
- Three comprehensive inspections will be conducted throughout the term of the contract, ensuring compliance with requirements set forth by your permitting authority.
- These inspections will be scheduled every four months for the duration of your contract to maintain the optimal performance of your system.
- During each inspection, our certified technicians will thoroughly inspect all major components of the system, identifying any potential issues or areas of concern.
- A detailed report will be provided after each inspection, outlining the findings and recommendations for any necessary repairs or maintenance.

Service Call Fees
- In between scheduled inspections, should any issues arise, contracted customers will benefit from significantly reduced service call fees.
- For minor adjustments, a flat fee will be charged, eliminating the additional cost of repairs.
- For more complex issues requiring repairs, only the cost of the repairs will be incurred, with the flat fee waived.
- This reduced flat fee structure provides substantial savings compared to the standard one-time non-contract service call fee plus the cost of repairs offered to non-contracted customers.
2 Year Warranty on Major Components
- Contracted customers will receive a two-year warranty on major components replaced.
- This warranty ensures that in the event of a failure or malfunction of a covered component within the two-year period, it will be replaced promptly to ensure full functionality of your system.
- The warranty is valid provided that the maintenance contract remains in effect for the complete two-year duration.
Non-Contract, One Time Service Calls
For non contract service calls, it is a service call fee plus repairs, and we do not offer any extended warranties on major parts replaced. If you decide you would like to sign up for a maintenance contract, you can choose to do so at any time between scheduling and when the technician arrives for your service call.
